Team contest vote

Let every team's families vote with one link

Costume day, team photos, the best banner or spirit week: put a photo of each team in one poll and post the link in the league chat. Families forward it to their own team's chat and vote from their phones, without an app or an account.

How it works

How a league runs it

  1. 1

    Take one photo per team

The whole team in one frame works best. Name each photo after the team, not the kids.

  2. 2

Post the link in the league chat

Pick how long voting runs, then share the link in WhatsApp, the club app or the school newsletter.

  3. 3

Ask each team to bring its people

Every voter can send the link on with their team's name in the message, and they see how many votes they brought.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How many teams can one contest have?

Up to 6 photos per poll. With more teams, run one poll per age group or division, or write to us about a bigger contest.

Can someone vote more than once?

Each browser gets one vote. That stops casual repeat votes, but it does not check who is voting: a person with several devices or browsers can vote again. For a league or school contest this is usually enough; for a prize, say in your rules how votes are counted.

Who can see the kids' photos?

Anyone with the link. Poll pages are hidden from search engines. Use team names in the question and the options rather than children's names.

How long can voting run?

24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or until you close it from your author page.

Do parents need an account or an app?

No. The link opens in any browser, including inside WhatsApp, Facebook and club apps.

Is it free?

Yes. Creating a contest poll and voting are free.
