Privacy Policy

PicJury lets people create visual polls and share them through public, unlisted links.

What we store

We store poll questions, uploaded images, optional labels, votes, abuse reports, expiration dates and technical identifiers used to reduce duplicate voting. The MVP does not require an account.

Who can see a poll

Anyone with the poll link can view its question and images. Do not upload confidential, intimate or sensitive material.

How long data is kept

Creators can delete a poll and its images from the private creator view. Expired polls are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Limited operational backups may remain according to the infrastructure provider’s retention policy.

Service providers

Railway hosts the application and Supabase provides the database and private image storage. When enabled, Cloudflare provides aggregate privacy-preserving web analytics and states that it does not collect personal data. Better Stack receives sanitized operational error events without poll content, management links, cookies or IP addresses.
