Terms of Use

You may use PicJury to create lawful visual polls and invite other people to vote.

Your content

You keep ownership of your content and give the service only the permission needed to store and display it through the poll link. You must have the right to upload every image and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual-property rights.

What is not allowed

Do not upload illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, threats, targeted harassment, hateful content, graphic violence, malware, spam or material that exposes someone else’s private information.

Moderation

Reported polls may be restricted or removed. We may preserve information when required to investigate abuse or comply with the law.

Availability

The MVP is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Do not use it for elections, regulated decisions or other high-stakes voting.
